best resurces and resurces needed

for know what is our best resurce/s and what is/are the resurce/s that we need we can here our position ( i think number of area is sufficient for calculate hour of trucks travel) and type of resurce!

best resurce : steel and grain(i put my steel on market for oil with ratio 1.0)
resurce needed : oil (lot of)
